Most students and their parents are ill prepared with the new obstacles that they face in attempting to acquire accommodations from their respective universities. That is where College Disability Advocates can help. We provide assistance in navigating the College 504 and ADA maze and attempt to find solutions to the students disability concerns before the dispute spirals into a legal confrontation. We are advocates that provide non-legal representation that assist the student in articulating their rights for reasonable accommodations from colleges and universities. Consultations are conducted by telephone or in person. When necessary we will appear with you and your student in discussions with college staff to explore ways to meet the needs of the student. Representation would include grievance or appeals meetings with the respective institution.
