Where are you located?
We are located in Sugar Land, Texas. While we are based out of the Houston area, we are prepared to travel to any part of the United States where our services are required.
Does it matter what disability my student has in order to utilize your services?
No. As long as the student’s disability is one that substantially limits one or more of the major activities of daily living such as learning, we can discuss your student’s situation.
What is your fee structure?
We bill at the rate of $350 @hour + expenses. While many families may have concerns regarding our fees, in the majority of cases we are able to prevent disputes from spiraling out of control in more costly litigation. In cases where litigation is inevitable we will attempt to assist you in finding competent counsel.
What forms of payment do you accept and when is it due?
We accept personal checks, VISA or Mastercard or money orders. For initial consults, we request 1 hour or $350 payment in advance. In cases that require our attendance at a meeting, a retainer will be charged before services are rendered.
What will the institution think if I retain you to represent our student in a meeting?
The institution will understand that you are attempting to work out the situation and seek a solution that works for all parties. Neither side desires to litigate unless absolutely necessary. It is absolutely vital that the student attend any meeting with the institution.
Can I get your fees reimbursed?
Unfortunately, no.
